This page describes the connected local website and identifies matters requiring confirmation before publication. It is not an approved production policy or a compliance certification.
Current Connected Website
The application uses necessary session and request-forgery protection cookies for consultation submissions and account access. Signed-in sessions have an idle timeout and an absolute expiration. Browser preferences and remembered account access may use additional necessary cookies. There are no optional analytics or advertising cookies, pixels or third-party font scripts. Inquiry entries are saved in the application database, not in localStorage or sessionStorage.
Services outside the application
Browser extensions, email clients and external websites operate independently. Production hosting may create logs or cookies that have not yet been assessed. A cookie-free production claim is not being made.
Future changes and choices
Before analytics, scheduling tools or other integrations are introduced, their cookies and storage must be inventoried and this policy updated with purposes, providers and duration. Consent and opt-out controls must be implemented where applicable. Browser settings allow cookies to be restricted or deleted.
