Draft Updated October 2, 2026 · Not yet effective
This page describes the connected local website and identifies matters requiring confirmation before publication. It is not an approved production policy or a compliance certification.
Scope and current website behavior
This draft describes the connected local website for Cauldron and Associates. When you submit a consultation inquiry, the application stores your name, email or phone number, service selection, contact preference and optional description for authenticated staff to review and respond manually. Contact details and descriptions are encrypted in the database. An inquiry does not create a client account, confirm an appointment or trigger an automated email. Browser autofill and restoration may retain entries independently.
Direct contact and external websites
Email and telephone links open external applications. Information you send directly by email or telephone is outside the local preview form. The IRS link opens an independent website with its own privacy practices. Do not send confidential tax information in an ordinary email or public inquiry.
Cookies and tracking
The application uses necessary session and request-forgery protection cookies to support form submission and account access. It does not load advertising or analytics scripts or store inquiry entries in localStorage or sessionStorage. Production hosting and future integrations require separate review. See the Cookie Policy for the current scope.
Privacy questions
Contact connect@cauldronfinancialservices.com or (805) 265-0168 with privacy questions or requests concerning information you have provided directly. Do not include sensitive records in the initial request. Identity may need to be verified before information can be discussed.
Production details awaiting approval
Before live collection begins, this policy must identify actual processing purposes, recipients and service providers, retention periods, security practices, request procedures and applicable California privacy rights. CCPA applicability and any required notice at collection must be assessed against the business’s circumstances. This draft makes no claim that those operational requirements are complete.
